DAILY CHILDCARE FEES:
Babies to 18 months : $150.00
Toddlers 19 months and above (including
vacation care for school kids) i: $140.00
After-School-Care : 15:00-17:00 /$30.00
*Pick-up not available. Parents or guardians are required to bring
their child/children from school to Happy Kids FDC for After-School-Care. We provide school-practice-workbooks, cooking lessons, artwork lessons and assistance to finish their home works.
The Parent Levy or Administration Levy is already included in the Daily Childcare Fee. There are no hidden fees.
We are registered approved for Child Care Subsidy.
If you are offered a placement ,please accept or decline at your earliest opportunity. Upon initial contact, we will hold the space for a maximum of one week, after which it will be offered to the next family on the waiting list. For parents/guardians who have children in our waiting list, please contact us at least a month prior to your required starting date circumstances and we will do our best to accommodate families with immediate needs.
What to bring for your child :
1. Extra clothes-including socks, dribble bib or chew teething bib or bandana bib(if needed).
2.Roll-on sunscreen lotion-not the pump nor the spray. Roll-on is easiest for a young child to use while learning to apply sunscreen lotion .Name labelled required.
3.Food for morning & afternoon tea and lunch, bib/spoon/fork if needed.Small proper food bag is required to organise all food containers.You can include ice blocks if needed inside your food bag.No nuts please.We have a nut free zone classroom.
4.Water bottle
Reminder: all food containers & water bottles should be clearly labelled with the name of your child.Please choose a water bottle & food containers your child can easily open by himself for future use.
5. Please bring Sleeping bags for children 18 months and under. Blankets are provided for children 19 months and up.

The Process of Enrolling Your Child
Book a Tour
Book a tour by email or text. During the tour, families will meet the main educator and an interview will take place.Tour/interviews on Saturdays between 3:30-4:30pm only.
Confirmation
Families will confirm by email/text about starting to enrol their child .Families are given a week to decide, otherwise the place will be offered to another family.
Enrolment
Enrolment is all online. After receiving a confirmation , the Enrolment Form via docusign will be sent to families to be completed online.Families should have 2 CRN,one for the child and 1 for a parent in their Enrolment Form.Without the CRN, your Childcare subsidy will not be processed.
Orientation
After paying all the Enrolment Fees, an Orientation day with parents will be scheduled. Followed by an Orientation week with the child on his first week of attendance.
Orientation with parents includes topics about submitting an Action Plan from their GP for children with Allergy or food intolerance and some rules and conditions required, Fee Contract and more.
